A PROCESS BUILT ON CARE

Start with a clear view of the opportunity.

Before we contact anyone, we need to know whether the work is still open, whether the homeowner already declined, whether the estimate was replaced, and whether communication is allowed through the selected channel.

Accurate records and clear contact permissions make follow-up more relevant and help protect the customer relationship.

FOUNDER PROGRAM SCOPE1 location
1 channel
Up to 200 estimates

Three attempts per eligible record at most, subject to the client's approvals and applicable communication requirements.

01 / IDENTIFY

Identify estimates worth revisiting.

Validate date, service category, quote currency, completion status, duplicates, suppression, and existing appointments. Uncertainty routes to review.

02 / RECONNECT

Use accurate, relevant context.

Draft concise, accurate follow-ups in the agreed tone. A client representative approves the channel, sender identity and message policy before any live send.

03 / QUALIFY

Listen for customer intent.

A reply may mean ready to schedule, not now, wrong person, opt-out, or a question that needs the original estimator. These paths should not be treated as interchangeable.

04 / BOOK

Make appointments that a team can honor.

Appointment handoff uses your verified availability. When a slot needs confirmation, the request goes to dispatch.

05 / RECONCILE

Measure the paid outcome.

Track the record through appointment, signed job, paid invoice, and adjustments. Associated sales are not automatically new sales generated by follow-up.

Good recovery starts with good records.
